If you are the high bidder in this auction, you have purchased this vehicle. Please be aware that once you have bid, you have entered into a legal, binding contract to do so. Please make sure any and ALL questions or concerns have been taken care of before the end of the auction. Unqualified bidding, Auction interference, Shill bidding or any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent. We welcome all dealers and individuals to bid on our vehicles. All of our vehicles listed on eBay have a clean title unless otherwise noted and disclosed.
Starting July 1, 2021, under section 319.225(4) of the Florida Statutes, some vehicles with a model year of 2010 or earlier may be exempt from odometer disclosure requirements. In such cases, the title will indicate that the mileage is exempt. A vehicle history report can be provided as proof of mileage.

The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows: Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of auction, a $395 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be received in the form of cashiers-check, certified funds, money orders or cash in person. If a deposit is not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID.
Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions, cash in person and personal check (once cleared). PayPal will be accepted only for a deposit not for full payment. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states. We can help you with arranging shipping of your vehicle. Buyers are responsible for shipping. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Under no circumstances will any BID RETRACTIONS be allowed 24 hours before the auction ends. If you are entering your bid within the last 24 hours, please make sure you have all the information you need.
Title Work

Florida Residents:
Florida residents are not required to visit the DMV to register their vehicles. We take care of the tag, title, and registration process on their behalf.

Out-of-State Buyers:
Out-of-state buyers will receive the vehicle title so they can register their new purchase at their local DMV.
Fees and Taxes
A $295 fee is added to every transaction. This covers document preparation, title transfer, airport pickup, listing fees, vehicle preparation, and maintenance.
Florida residents are required by law to pay sales tax, tag, and registration fees on their purchase.
- Out-of-State Purchasers (Shipping)
Out-of-state buyers who have their vehicle shipped are not required to pay Florida sales tax. Taxes, tag, and registration will be handled by the buyer in their home state.
Example:
John Smith purchased a $75,000 vehicle from HMR Corp of Hollywood. John lives in California and chooses to have the vehicle shipped. Shipping costs $1,200.
John’s out-the-door price:
$75,000 (vehicle price)
$1,200 (shipping)
$295 (processing fee)
= $76,495 total.
No Florida sales tax is due on shipped vehicles.
- Out-of-State Purchasers (Pickup & Drive Home)
If you’re picking up the vehicle in person and require a Temporary Transit Tag, one is available for an additional fee. Florida law requires us to collect sales tax at your home state’s rate, capped at 6%, when issuing a temporary tag.
Most U.S. states have a reciprocal tax agreement with Florida, so you only pay tax once. If your state’s tax rate is higher than 6%, you’ll pay the difference when registering your vehicle back home.

Example:
Lisa Smith purchased a $25,000 vehicle from HMR Corp of Hollywood. She lives in Texas, where the sales tax rate is 6.25%. Lisa flies to Florida, picks up the vehicle, and requests a temporary tag.
Lisa’s out-the-door price:
$25,000 (vehicle price)
$1,500 (6% Florida sales tax)
$295 (processing fee)
= $26,795 total.
Lisa would then pay the remaining 0.25% ($62.50) when registering in Texas (excluding any county surtaxes).
Storage Policy
A $19.99 per day storage fee will apply if the vehicle is not picked up within 10 calendar days of the auction’s end.
